Our Vaada’s Decor & Design is amazing! Right from the beginning, she was easy to get a hold of, was eager to hear my ideas and give me suggestions, and was able to deliver exactly what I wanted without any stress for me! They worked within my budget and had great ideas to make my ideas for my wedding come alive. When I walked into the reception hall I was blown away! The linens, the cake stand, the overlays were amazing, the back drop STUNNING!! The flowers were stunning and we had lots of compliments from our guests!

Jeena was a joy to work with and their easy-going personality and professionalism really allowed us to open up to her suggestions and vice versa. She made it very convenient to meet with her and she listened to everything we wanted and went above and beyond to come through for us and make our wedding day a special one to remember. She even custom-made our money box for us that matched our wedding theme and looked great at our receiving table! Thanks Jeena for all the care you put into your hard work…and giving us one less thing to worry about. She was so fun and approachable throughout the entire planning process…

I planned my out of country wedding from San Francisco with the help of Our Vaada. Weddings and I can honestly say that she is a complete rock star. We booked the partial package because we had already secured some of our major vendors (venue, dress, cake, photographer, invites), but we needed help with additional vendors, timing, budgeting and the rest of the details we didn’t even know we had to think about. That’s where Our Vaada came in and provided excellent recommendations for vendors that would fit our style and budget. We found some amazing people through her, like our florist and our videographers. She even helped my fiance’s parents with the decor. She worked closely with our floral/decor vendor to make sure that she understood the look we were going for and it turned out beautifully. Our Vaada is extremely on top of things, highly responsive and knows every detail about your wedding inside and out. She is extremely energetic, friendly, detail oriented and has an extremely high level of professional standards. She will make sure your wedding is absolutely stunning, no matter what.

Our Vaada did an amazing job with our wedding. She received a ton of compliments from my bridal party — they were all quite impressed with her. And, inevitably at every wedding, things go wrong. Our venue’s caterer mistakenly prepared the wrong entree and Susan noticed it was not what was listed on our menu. She was able to get them to change it before anyone noticed and people kept telling me how great the food was. Throughout the day, these girls were extremely professional, calm and attentive and I really felt taken care of on my wedding day. Thanks to them, I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Our vaada has been helpful from the beginning to end. They helped me pick my color schemes, I could not have been more confused till I met Jeena. She knows her style, her color matchings, how to make things look abstract. I liked how they helped me vision what the wedding day will look like. She is a young energetic woman who will make it far with Vaada. They have a calm approach to things, helping me stay calm during my 600 people wedding. And any Indian knows, our weddings are no easy business. They took care of even insane family members that would stress me out, they helped put the itty bitty details together as well, I would tell anyone to Use Vaada, they are worth it.

Our Vaada was great, they helped me set up my house decorations, pick decor for my reception and set up the stage and flowers. They helped me pick my color themes based on my wedding outfits and traditional indian dresses. They helped me set up a beautiful table with gold chargers, gold linens, rose petals and creme & gold party favor boxes on each chair. Also we did pink lighting all across the venue. For various house events we set up purple silk linens and center pieces and purple and lavendar lighting. They also helped me find a last minute dj for my house events and engagement ceremony. My wedding was 8 days long, had over 600 guests and Our Vaada was there every day to help! Thanks guys, you are the bestt!!

I am so sorry I wasn’t able to call you first!!!! I was so happy with how everything looked on Saturday and everyone was extremely impressed. The yellow colors added such an elegant touch to everything and the flowers were gorgeous. Thank you so much for such a wonderful surprise. I could not be more thrilled with the decor, flowers and overall atmosphere of my wedding, all put together by Our Vaada. I came to them with few words: pretty, subtle, and pink peonies. They took my general ideas and created exquisite and stunning details in the bouquets, ceremony scene and head table décor.
As I look back on my wedding day, I see all the images I had dreamed up in the wedding planning process all displayed beautifully, even better than I anticipated! I left the details for Our Vaada to take care of, and I’m very grateful I did, for they truly produced the wedding of my dreams! Once all the details were worked out I was so excited and was counting the days left to see the final product. Communicating with you was easy, prompt and always professional, I really had no worries when it came to dealing with your team. I loved the fact that I was able to deal with linens, chairs, floral and props all through one vendor and your team made it easy and stress free. I also have to commend your team on the beautiful draping, I couldn’t stop looking at it all throughout my reception.
Your team had impressed everyone especially our banquet hall as our catering manager and staff members were coming away from there duties to sneak a peak at our room and throughout the night the staff members had mentioned to me that the reception was the most beautiful and original setting to date at the facility. I was proud to hear it and I wanted to let your team know the decor was a hit. Once again, thanks so much, you truly made a life long impression on my wedding memories.

Without Our Vaada and their team the décor would never have come together the way it did. I was not there at the time of the set up but Sunny was and he reported that Our Vaada’s team of people were very professional and dedicated to setting up the venue in a timely fashion while insuring the integrity of all the floral arrangements. We had so many arrangements and rooms to decorate that without Rachel’s ability to assemble the right team of people, it would have never come together.

I was blown away when I entered the wedding hall and yet again at the reception the following evening. Both rooms were absolutely stunning. From the draping of the mandap, to the centrepieces and backdrop in the reception hall, everything was done so elegant. I received numerous compliments from our guests throughout the weekend about the decor and floral arrangements. The decor for the day was stunning! The canopy was perfect and inside the hall looked posh. Just what I wanted. I also got lots of compliments in regards to the head table set up. Thank you for all your hard work and patience while we took pictures under the canopy.

After I met with Our Vaaad’s team and they understood my color, theme, vision and budget, she worked with me and threw out fantastic ideas until we figured out what would work. She was also so great at helping me prioritize different design ideas and decor. She was creative and practical and by the end of a couple of sessions, had a perfect plan in place. Jeena was so incredibly easy to work with and just understood my end vision so well. She even did site visits to the venue to ensure that the draping would work and to suggest other ideas we had not thought of. I called her all the time and she was always so incredibly responsive to my questions and thoughts and ideas. I have to say that once Anish and I walked into the room at our wedding we were overwhelmed at how gorgeous it was. The draping on the ceiling, the rose balls, the backdrop, color, tablecloths – it was all so perfect and so gorgeous and so colorful. She added candles to the head table (which was just Anish and myself) creating such a romantic mood. I still look at the pictures of the decor and am ecstatically happy with what she put together and envisioned. Her suggestions were absolutely perfect. Every single one was right on. We will appreciate her work for years and can’t say enough on how amazing she is. Both the wedding and reception would not have been the same without Jeena’s touch. Everyone did such a wonderful job and I can’t say enough about the job that was done. Our guests were amazed at the décor and still talk about it. Thank you Jeena and team for making the wedding as memorable as it was. Every time we look at a picture with the beautiful décor it brings back such amazing memories.
